Sammendrag
A second phase of the Ho Chi Minh City Environmental Improvement Project, Air Quality Monitoring component (HEIA) is being supported by NORAD and will be undertaken by NILU. NILU will build on the existing systemdeveloped in HCMC by Danish institutions funded by Danida and will further develop and improve the monitoring programme as well as establish tools for performing air quality planning.

Mission 1 to HCMC aimed at performing an assessment of the existing stations prior to site studies for new stations. In addition the training needs have been discussed and is being reported in the Inception report. A kick off seminar was held, and tasks and responsibilities were discussed with our DOSTE counterparts.
